Spring Special Classes:
Monday April 3rd: Yin Yoga & Kum Nye 9:30-11:30am : The body responds well to the slow movements of the Tibetan Relaxation Process of Kum Nye and the passive holding of Yin Yoga. These two practices release tension in the connective tissues and open meridians to encourage the flow of energy through the body. A great way to welcome spring in good health. $22.
Tuesday April 4th: Anxiety Yoga. 7:00 – 8:30pm. Most of us feel the stress of everyday living at some time or another. Having tools for difficult times can be of great benefit during these times. We will work with breath, postures and movement to help us to relieve anxiety and stress in our lives. $18.
Wednesday March 15th and April 5th Hidden Language Yoga: 7:00 – 8:30pm Hidden Language is a form of Yoga that works with posture and reflection to access the wisdom of our cells. It is an excellent exploration of “self”. Please bring a journal to class. $18
Wednesday Meditations: April 26, May 10 & 24 8:00-9:00pm. I feel more and more that Meditation is a necessity of life. We will take this time to explore methods of entering in to and enjoying meditation. $17 each or 3 for $45.
Mondays April 10, 17 & 24. 6:30-8:30pm Dream Yoga: Enjoy this opportunity to learn the methodology behind exploring your dreams. Your dreams hold the keys to your subconscious revealing all you need to know about yourself. $65 (Please bring a dream and a journal to class.)
